Job Description

Arlington Nissan needs Product Specialists to assist our clients in a professional and dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills. As vehicles are getting more and more technologically advanced,customer service is becoming even more critical!

Arlington Nissan will train you for the first 60 days for this full-time position! No previous experience in automotive sales is necessary.

ARLINGTON NISSAN GOALS:

  • Inspire and excite customers in the dealership with in-depth product information and insight. 
  • Promote the unique selling points of Nissan products and their benefits
  • Offer exceptional customer service by using no-pressure customer discussion

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep up to date with the latest product information
  • Responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers
  • Pro-actively approach customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any assistance
  • Provide customers with specification information about all Nissan products
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicle features
  • Dealership orientation welcome tour - introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership
  • Follow-up with prospective buyers post visit
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Team oriented attitude
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Great customer service skills
  • Coachable
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license and a clean driving record

Internet BDC Sales


Internet New and Used Auto sales

Due to rapid growth our dealership is expanding…again! We're seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work in our fast paced, busy BDC (Business Development Center). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with auto sales and/or customer service experience. In this role, you will help increase overall sales for our dealership as you generate leads for our sales team, negotiate a variety of business deals and keep our entire staff informed on industry trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees

Requirements:


  • Proven "sales experience," preferably in the automotive industry but if you have experience in any retail setting, we can teach you to sell cars and make money
  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • We are a drug-free environment
  • Valid drivers license required
