2013 Nissan Murano at Bob Rohrman Arlington Nissan

These days, every automaker in the world is producing a crossover utility vehicle, but unlike others who are late to the game, we've been making the Murano for over ten years. It turned heads early because of its gorgeous rounded back end, but even today's 2013 Nissan Murano is still unique enough to garner attention. And that's just the beginning; the Murano also offers a powerful 3.5-liter V6 engine that makes for a fun and engaging driving experience, and the interior is stacked with high-quality materials that continue to make Bob Rohrman Arlington Nissan customers happy with their purchases. Put as simply as possible, the Murano is one of the best CUVs money can buy.

The '13 Murano is available in four trims - S, SV, SL, and LE - each of which offers increasing levels of luxury. The standard S, for example, starts off with 18-inch alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, cruise control, variable intermittent wipers, and a great six-speaker audio system with six-CD changer and auxiliary audio jack. The next level up, SV, tacks on automatic headlights, a panoramic sunroof, roof rack side rails, a 7-inch color screen in the dash, Bluetooth, and an upgraded audio system.

With the SL trim, drivers get rain-sensing wipers, heated outside mirrors, a power liftgate, heated leather upholstery, and a booming nine-speaker Bose audio system, while the top-of-the-line LE includes all the aforementioned goodies plus larger 20-inch wheels, bi-xenon headlights, heated rear seats to go along with the SL trim's heated front seats, and wood interior trim.

It's important to note, however, that all trims receive the same great engine and boast the same great look, so luxuries and features are really just optional bells and whistles on an already-great overall package.

That great package, no matter the trim, includes some great standard safety features, such as antilock brakes, traction control, stability control, active front head restraints, and loads of airbags both in the front of the vehicle and along the sides of it. It's these extensive safety features that earned the 2013 Murano a four-star safety rating from the federal government, as well as top marks of "Good" from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety in both frontal-offset and side-impact crash tests. Since these tend to be family vehicles, we understand the importance of protecting younger passengers in different parts of the vehicle. Our safety features makes sure everyone is as protected as they possibly can be.

In all, the 2013 Nissan Murano is just as exciting as it was when it debuted over a decade ago, though the changes that have occurred in the last ten years have certainly been for the better. We here at Bob Rohrman Arlington Nissan know that people buy this car for its great ride, classy interior and unique looks, but there's simply so much more to love about this car than is possible to put down on paper. In fact, it's best if you just drive the thing yourself, and we encourage you to make a trip to our dealership in order to do precisely that.
